Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Unforgettable First Dance, we are committed to helping you feel confident and connected on the dance floor. Because lesson times are reserved exclusively for you, we ask that you please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

1. Refunds

• All lesson packages and single sessions are non-refundable once purchased.

• Unused lessons in a package may be credited toward future lessons within 6 months of the original purchase date.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

• We will make every effort to reschedule lessons based on availability.

3. Missed Lessons

• No-shows or missed lessons without notice are considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Wedding Date Changes

• If your wedding date changes, we will do our best to accommodate a new timeline. Lessons already purchased will remain valid for up to 6 months from the original purchase date.

5. Instructor Cancellations

• In the rare event that an instructor must cancel, we will reschedule at no additional cost or provide a lesson credit.
